Member Equipment Request Form

The equipment loan program is limited to members who attend radio camp sessions. If you are planning to attend camp and earn a license upgrade, you may need a radio or other equipment to get on the air.  We do not ship equipment. Campers pick up equipment at camp and return home with it. 

Use this form to request equipment loan.  Be sure to read the FAQ's before proceeding.  This is a Members-Only service.
