Here are the steps.<!--more--><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>W4MQ allows the RF gain to be set with a simple command sequence.\u00a0 Since you asked us, we want to let you know how to do it.<\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Make sure that you are already logged into the station for which\u00a0 you are setting the RF gain.<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Press the letter G for RF Gain.<\/p>\n<p>3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Now, use the less than sign &lt; on your keyboard to decrease RF gain.<\/p>\n<p>4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Alternatively, you\u00a0 may also press the greater than sign &gt; on your keyboard to raise the RF gain.<\/p>\n<p>The less than sign is also the comma key on the keyboard and the greater than sign is also the period key.\u00a0 Both keys are right next to each other.\u00a0 For those who use a standard 101 keyboard, the keys are arranged from right to left:\u00a0 Right Shift key, Slash key, period key, and the comma key.<\/p>\n<p><em>Tip: with a screen reader, just turn on character echo to hear the character you are pressing.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>As always, let us know if you find any issues.<\/p>\n<p>73, KK4JZX<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Want to set the RF gain?
